I would use acetaminophen, personally.  I rarely use it, but I do use it for 'hot' kinds of pain like sore muscles and surgical wounds.

Ibuprofin with caffiene for headaches (I get migraines, this helps)

I use both ibuprofin and acetaminophen, alternating every 4 hours, for back pain; my back is so bad that I can get whatever narcotics I ask for, but they drug test and I prefer to smoke weed.  This helps.

I just popped 2 aspirins before I got in the shower and they seem to be working (aspirin's all I have on hand)

l-theanine seems to help a little too so I'll be interspersing that with an aspirin thru the day.  Last year I ate through my stomach I was hitting the NSAIDs so hard for a week, I'd rather avoid that this time around

stay away from the crazy crap like 5F-AMB.  you really can't go wrong with any of the JWH series.  -122 is the most forgiving and generally regarded as the most like THC

5F-AKB48 in many respects I like even more than the JWH noids, simply because of it's godlike body high.  Short acting though.  -122 is the longest of the 3, 210 even longer but comes with anxiety IIRC.  250 is short, but psychedelic and light hearted.  I liked 250 in its own right.

I used to love combining JWH-122 and JWH-250.  JWH-250 had been my favorite for a while because it's got such a damn strong, intense peak, but it's sooooo short in duration.  But yeah, JWH-122 was the longest-lasting JWH I recall coming across, and it was very mellow and chill; I'd even go so far as to say that it was the least anxiogenic out of any of the synthetic cannabinoids I've tried.  Then again, I've tried 5F-AKB48 since then which is forgiving in that aspect as well, but JWH-122 definitely caused the least anxiety (as in none, in my experience) out of the JWH's.

Smoking a foily, or a cigarette topped off with, JWH-122 + JWH-250 was a regular thing for me for a while.  You get the best of both worlds with that combo.
