For generalized anxiety, this was a very impressive case study:

For assessment of anxiety symptoms,we used the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-items scale, Beck Anxiety Inventory, and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. We also assessed depressive symptoms using the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and cognitive functions with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. Depressive symptoms were within the normal range (
8 points) as rated by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; however, a discrete improvement in scores (from 7 to 3 in final assessment) was observed, probably due to an overlap between anxiety and depressive symptoms. Cognitive function also presented with a minor improvement (from 25 at baseline to 28 at final outcome) as assessed by Montreal Cognitive Assessment. Anxiety symptoms substantially improved during the 15-day treatment course. After 1 month of treatment, the patient was asymptomatic and reported significant clinical gains (Figure 1)

Once, sometimes twice a year, I do a "heroic" dose (5 grams). It is always a fast train to hell for me, but I always come out with a new perspective, and a new sense of calm that last for months.

This time, I did 15 minutes on the brain stimulator, immediately after taking the dose...

Not that this is anything definitive, by any means, but after an initial hour or so of my usual "Why the hell did I come back here?", I surfaced into the most amazing journey ever.

Received my DMT today and was tempted to try a bit, but it's probably too late now and it would probably be best to do it in a regional park in a secluded area. This is a terrible depressing environment, and I should take more time to prepare anyway.

Tried a bit of piracetam and it doesn't seem to trigger a depressive episode when used with a GABAergic. Fits perfectly with my hypothesis that the reason it does, or was doing so, was due to the pro-glutamatergic effects, which are balanced out by the inhibitory effects of GABA. A dysfunction of the gabaergic system and possibly depression are likely the reason for the negative reaction. Combining a psychedelic with phenibut or a gaba-t inhibitor and piracetam could create wonderful augmentation. Reading reports of oral MAOIs (syrian rue) taken with smoked DMT to get an idea of how the MAOI I'm on could effect it. Also reading about how benzos effect it compared to other psychedelics.

I've been reading about which psychedelics are least likely to cause a bad trip and Mescaline seems to be the top choice by quite a margin. Any negative effects may be due to nausea, which can effect the trip, and won't be an issue with plugging a mescaline salt. Often very euphoric, and reminiscent of MDMA.

Incredible, this already vaped bud really is more potent than the fresh I was using! I wonder if aging had any effect. There's of course decarboxylation from the heat. I thought I usually vaped most of my bud pretty thoroughly, but I may have been missing more of the cannabinoids than I thought, with the HPV's greater/harsher heat and the micro spoon used to turn them breaking them apart further, allowing for a combustion of the inner regions that the heat gun vape wasn't as effective for. It's more similar to how it felt when I first began using.

Malice if you really break through your enviroment won't matter that much in the same way that you can't really prepare for the experience, it just takes you where it wants you to go. Also if you're going into nature where there may be other people around I highly suggest pre measuring your dose so you don't end up doing what I did last time I did DMT and flailing/screaming while in a void of nothingness for all of eternity.

Syrian Rue tea + Smoked DMT

It seems to smooth out the experience in general. If DMT alone is lumpy butter on toast, the rue is like a butter knife that smooths out the butter to a perfect consistency, filling in all the nooks and crannies. The come up is slowed down. The headspace/level of intensity I was at when I exhaled the first hit is about where I usually am half way into hitting the pipe on the first go with out rue involved. The buzzing/vibrations and intensity in general slowly build up, rather than being jolted, it was a gradually increasing stronger pull instead of a solid push...like a rubber-band effect (if that makes sense).

It felt like I was able to actually observe and take in the experience more than ever before. The experience had such sublime divine flow to it. Somewhere around what felt like 10 minutes after the initial inhalation, I noted a slight decrease in intensity but no where near "coming down". I decided to get up and pack the remaining DMT onto the ashes in the pipe, which was a rather difficult process.

This second time around immersed me more so than the first. Getting up to go lay on my bed I opened my eyes for a brief moment, the visual aspect was definitely different than what I've experienced with DMT alone. Not sure how I would describe how they were different, words can only go so far. The air/space was filled with much more visual activity than I've ever expereinced before, it was hard to see anything really. Once I was on my bed I closed my eyes once again.

The entire experience, from the moment I took the first hit until I could no longer feel vibrations/buzzing in the body, was about 30 to 45 minutes. I relished in another 20 to 30 minutes of that blissful serene sleepy afterglow that DMT provides until I fell asleep. With out going into the personal/internal aspect of the experience, I'll say that it was one of the more profound experiences I've had with DMT. A lot of work and learning was done in that short amount of time. I felt the presence of entities/angels/spirits (what ever you wish to label them as) surrounding me as I have before in past experiences. One of them was the commonly encountered female/ loving-motherly entity. I couldn't see her, but I could feel and hear her. I like to approach these sorts of things openly with out throwing labels or attachments onto what it is I'm experiencing, I'm not religious and don't follow any sort of dogma...but those are the only words I know to convey what it was that I experienced. Or I could just say I tripped balls and saw pretty colors and felt neat things

So a normal dose of dmt while taking reversible maoi  will last up to 2 hours?  Thats amazing.  WHen and how long was the peak?

The peak was approximately 15-20 min instead of 5-10 minutes without MAOI. And the come up is slower, it takes ~1-2 minutes to go to the peak instead of 30s.

Ive had to take a 5 month break from dmt because i took 5 big hits of dmt while 3hrs into a (first time) mimosa brew that i thought was ineffective. For the brew i took 4g of crushed up encapsulated rue. I knew that it would lengthen a dmt trip, but had not exactly how long (i 'thought' maybe a 30 minute extension max). But alas, it ended up being 2+ hours of the worst feelings i have ever felt ever.

That sounds cool. I don't know how Parnate will interact with it compared to syrian rue or b caapi, but going off it really isn't an option. Fair to say that it's a terrible choice for a first experience due to lack of experience and the possibility of it going badly. I want to see it and learn to sing objects into existence.
