Maintaining order
« on: May 18, 2014, 10:11:15 pm »
Once The Sanctuary's predecessor is no longer in existence, how do you plan on maintaining the order that was arguably lost on totse2?  More specifically, the porn pass threads and the rampant running of certain vice-related threads tended to cast a dark shadow over what the greater of the site had to offer.  What will be (or are) the policies on these issues?

Fairly certain they wont be tolerated and when the inevitable tidal wave of meth threads hits, any posts going off topic or threads not contributing anything of value will be dealt with accordingly by the capable mod team, which is more than what can be said for the useless fucks on totse.
You don't have to be a student of Sun Tzu to realize that going face-down ass-up for a bunch of paedo's is a bad move for a number of reasons. I hope the final dimming embers of Totse aren't finally extinguished by a few kiddie-fiddlers. Even death by furries would be better than that.

It's simple. We maintain order by adhering to the rules.

As I said before, these are set in steel. They are non-negotiable. The most controversial is most likely going to be Rule #1 but even that's pretty laid out. The rules may be expanded and even altered a little, but the spirit of them will always remain the same.

Fair enough.  But remember, the World Trade Center was set in steel.

I suggest proactively avoiding any and all of these problems by preemptively banning everyone

Problem solved
