That's the problem YOU are what's wrong with this site right now. Anyone can own and operate a website but if people have issues with someone who is owning and operating the website they likely won't use it. You're so unwilling to admit you might be doing something wrong but your interactions with a lot of users who haven't come back to the site are really poor.

I'm not saying you're harsh I'm saying you suck at interacting with people. Not your rules and enforcement or whatever but just dealing with you in general aka your ATTITUDE to users and especially your staff.
