Hiding Finger Prints Without Gloves,Technique

These are techniques to hide fingerprints where wearing gloves may arouse suspicion,attract unwanted attention and leave traceable evidence.Feel free to improve upon these methods.


1. Sanding - take a vibration sander with medium grit sand paper and slowly rub your fingers on the paper while moving the sander up and down.It will take time but will surely remove the prints

2. Beeswax - get some beeswax and melt it in a small container.allow the wax too cool a while,while it is the consistency of ketchup (not too liquid) use a small paintbrush and apply liberally to palm and fingers.Clean off excess and allow to dry.Apply  light coat of hair spray. Blistex lip balm works great

3. Brutal Skin Exfoliation -  get a container to fit both your hands(one liter of water),add warm water and  2 table spoons of sodium hydroxide or calcium oxide ,disolve and allow hands to soak for an hour.Remove and scrape hands with a blunt knife ,repeat as needed

4. Glue - Dust hands in baby powder .Apply a thin layer of superglue or spray adehesive to palm and fingers.Repeat

5. Fake print - Aqquire a plaster of paris mould of someones hands (pay hobo) Take cooking spray and apply light coat on mould.Get skin coloured liquid latex and apply 3 coats and allow to dry with 5 minutes intervals between each coat.Allow to cure and carefully remove and trim excess with sizzors.Take a spray adhesive and apply in side the copy of the mould and set hands carefully and firmly.Touch up with stage make up if necessary.You now have a hobos print.

It takes some practice, bit you can also hide fingerprints by using the sides and middles of your fingers and the both sides of the cups of your hands to handle, pick up and turn objects. It's the way you hold stuff that leaves the prints. If you touch and hold stuff without actually using the flats of the tips of your fingers, you leave no traces.

several layers of liquid bandage will adhere better than wax

or you could dip them in paint/plasti-dip

Low temp hot glue gun. I kind of like the liquid bandage, but you do need to make sure there's enough on there to hide your prints, and it'll take a while to get it all to dry.

Sanding does not work well. I've accidentally sanded through my fingertip while working on cleaning up some very small parts using a fine grit sanding block. The area where I drew blood still showed finger prints. Not recommended.

Hm. I've actually heard though that fingerprints aren't really reliable at all as evidence as much as people make them out to be.

Also, shouldn't one also watch what kind of shoes they wear as the imprint they make can be used to find what kind of shoe you have and then trace where they're sold in the area and etc.?

That's pretty much CSI: Television bullshit right there. Photos of prints can be taken, and if they find you with those shoes it can form another (minor) link. But no, they're not going to track you down just because you leave a shoe print somewhere. This is "soft evidence". They could also infer your approximate height and weight by stride length and if you leave any depressions in a soft surface. It just narrows down the possible people by another tiny bit.

Fingerprint verification uses a point system. Match so many points and it's considered a 100% match.

Yeah, shoe prints are really only useful if you already have a suspect, and shoes to compare them to. That mainly holds true for tire tracks as well. Basically, if you see it on CSI, odds are good that it's either wrong, or very wrong.

Better yet leave a cigarette butt you found at the homless shelter at  the crime scene or like I did one time leave a niggers prints on somthing. I robbed this pad while they were on vacation and cleaned it out then invited two nigs over to party..needless to say they invited EVERY nig in the whole hood over and I bounced.  That got pinned on one of em for sure.
