At this point, it would most probably be best to offset things by creating mods for individual forums and adding users like DaGuru and Slave of the Beast and Ed Rush and Spectre and fang and some other more serious users as mod/leaders of those boards, while eliminating the global mod position altogether. That's your best bet. Anything else and the drama will continue and many will end up banned, and that in itself is more a threat to the stability of the community than anything else. So what if they're not really needed.. it enables the board to be ran by different mentalities, which adds variety and stability and allows all sides to have their say in the running of the BBS.
