Actually the BEST leaders are willing to admit their mistakes and show some humbleness in front of their subordinates. The kind of thought process you just described are possessed by people that have never led anything, or are so insecure with lousy self-esteem they don't know how to handle making mistakes. People are humans, they WILL make mistakes....but when you come across anti-social weirdos with a god complex, those are the ones that can't ever admit to mistakes and own up to them.

reading arnoxs posts, i think he's probably around 16 years old. And most teens just aren't able to admit their own weaknesses or mistakes. it's all a part of growing up.

All of my staff were consulted and they never saw a problem with her. This goes all the way back to her modding. I stand by what I said back then.

You're right. It wasn't a mistake. It was two mistakes, because you based your choice of mod off of your own preference for one (someone nice and cuddly) instead of what's best for the community. You then compounded the error by not being transparent with the community.

Its only a matter of time before he has a meltdown and fucks everything it up. Everyone from zoklet knows this will happen its just a matter of when. From two specific examples on eq I know of, you suck hardcore at selecting mods

Example 1...changing a users name
Example 2...nimf-ing a thread and banning the poster for spam.  The thread wasnt spam. And a preemptive fuck you to any staff that says im mistaken considering I have more admin/modding experience than all of u combined

Shit, that sounds pretty reasonable. Not being familiar with Zek's modding style beforehand, I haven't really seen cause for alarm thus far. I don't think the nick really matters, but I'm trying to understand why it was felt that this required secrecy.

I first registered hoping I could just post without the boring harassment that happened on zoklet, so I was decidedly not Zek.  Then when I was modded it remained a "secret" to hopefully cut down on drama.  By the time RisiR outed me most of the site knew who I was regardless.

Of course I'm 'Zek.  The truth is, I wanted to come out with it as soon as I was modded, but Arnox thought it would result in less drama if I kept it a secret for now.  He thought once things quieted down it would be a better time.  Things aren't going to quiet down though.  Even if I'm demoted, the drama will rage on.
