we need flood control to keep this from happening again.

I believe on &t2 it was 2 minutes limited in 5 posts/10 mins. we need something to keep this from getting as bad as it did when it happens again.

its time consuming to delete all the posts. he was talking about a CP bot but I haven't seen anything.

honestly two minutes is probably a bit extreme; there are better ways to detect flooding, but a short delay will significantly hinder a flooding/shitposting spree.
