It has nothing to do with culture and everything to do with basic biology.  No sane white would want to intermix with a negro. The only ones that do are either mentally deficient or unable to get a member of their own species so out of desperation they take up zoophilia

There are also the Yellows. And the browns, but the browns are really whites from Spain that lived in SA for too long.
