I've stopped doing drugs for the most part, and I know how you feel.  My life has gotten so much better, but I still miss the drugs...it's just not the same without them.

I'm 26.  Happy in general tho I do wish I had more going on in my life right now.

Would love to live a minimalistic life as the buddha did, just doesn't seem feasible in America today.  Trying to maximize happiness with as little as possible.

I never thought I'd survive past 27 either (31 now, yipes). No drugs, but I keep pissing people off so much that they keep trying to kill me.

A friend of mine heroined herself to death right after turning 27. I've heard astrological explanations for this phenomenon where the return on Saturn around 27-28 years of age occurs.

Or people see those junkies as some type of hero and decide to go the same way.
