She definitely sounds a bit like a loon, but she could just be mellow and carefree about what she says.. some chicks like that can be cool, others.. the crazy bitches your mama and bro's warn you about..
If you haven't been getting any for a while, you could always engage in some casual sex.. Just tell her up front that your not expecting anything more right now and if she's down then cool, if not.. it's whatever. That is if she/you are at the maturity level to accomplish such a thing.. not even trying to bash you, some women will find that offensive.. others will find it as an adult way to handle sexual urges.
Food for thought though.. why is she your ex? If you had the good judgement to break up with her, then you need to recollect on why you dropped her before moving forward.. if it was the other way around, what did you do to end it, and would you want her back?
