How do we put someone on ignore?

I clicked on mashlashhash's username but could not see any link to put him on ignore.

help is appreciated.

Go to your own profile settings by clicking Profile or anything under it.
Hover over 'Modify Profile' and go down to the bottom of the drop-down menu where it says 'Buddies/Ignore List.'
Click Edit Ignore List.
Type in the member's name under 'Add to ignore list' and then click Add.
