I didn't say get multiple mods for every forum, or a mob of mods that could even form cliques, or anything like that, but more than just 3 for all of you raving lunatics and all of the boards. Even just two or three more would help tremendously. They could even not have banning capability, just people who can clean up the boards and moving stuff around and would tell the mods who can ban what the deal is. I dunno, I'm not a website running kind of guy, just an idea.

i was referring more specifically to an individual mod who has clearly and repeatedly demonstrated the lack of ability to perform the most simple moderating tasks

Really good point. I guess an optimal set up for now at least would be overlapping time zone mods? Even that could work with half a dozen. I think the way they are made mods needs to be settled. It CAN'T be anyone involved in the drama going on between zoklet members right now I assume. Probably some folks Arnox would already have in mind and can trust.
