The Lawsuit Scam Thread

Let's test the BI community. ITT: Bad ideas with the law on your side. The best kind, amirite?

For example: Intentionally take out a loan with a high interest rate that violates your state's usury law, then refuse to pay it back because the loan is unenforceable. (Of course you've probably then got to duck their inevitable retaliation, but that's why this is an example.)

So what else? No junkie desperation personal injury suits from tripping in a parking lot type shit plz.

Let people who don't see you when they're backing up in the parking lot actually hit you instead of moving. Also, take out credit cards in your own name and have them verified and sent to other addresses (a vacant house, friend's house) order stuff and have them sent to that address, and wait a couple of months and report it as identity theft. You could really do that with just about any type of credit or loan that doesn't require a face to face interaction. You could also do the same with health care if you need it.
However this would only work if you have decent credit already and are able to wait for 6 months for your credit to go back to normal.

just realized this isn't a lawsuit, however the law is on your side. totally victimless, also nice.
