simple healthier eating

how would you flush the system of someone that is a total healthy eating n00b? there's diet this diet that blah blah but i know most of that is just meaningless words. i'm expecting some sort of totse-era type post that tells me exactly what i need to do to eat healthy within like a paragraph or so. preferably from 1999.

i vomited up a bolus of undigested Cheetos the size of my fist into the bathtub while simultaneously having diahrehhah and i didn't even get covered in waste products

what are some good supplements to be taking? i'm not going to buy orixcetam at the local GNC obviously.

i take 1000mg of fish oil a day (for autism), a multivitamin (for being poor), and 1000mg vitamin C tablets to hopefully lighten the melanin in my eyes and hair (autism)

Consume minimal highly processed sugar; it's blubber-making diabetogenic junk. Moderate your calorie intake. Not because being overweight is necessarily unhealthy, but because fat people look digusting and you'll hate yourself. The really important thing is stress, specifically the associated hormone production, e.g. cortisol and adrenaline, they are far more of a long-term significant factor in damaging your health than dietary balance (barring the extreme). Chronic stress will rape your heart much harder than your weekly pizza fest. In short fuck hand-wringing over your diet, get rich then spend the rest of your life living in an air-conditioned Playboy Mansion.

And completely ignore organifags and vegans, in fact if possible violently beat them with frozen German sausage whenever they start chanting their mantra at you. As the number of these assholes grows in society it will become increasingly important that you always have a lump of hard meat at hand, to smash in their face as soon as they say 'But a veg...'. Give no quarter. You want to live a long and enjoyable lifestyle, not be saved by Vegetable Jesus and spend the rest of your guilt-ridden life hungrily munching fair trade, zero-carbon footprint, recycled lettuce.

So basically, get your sugars from fruits and veggies. If you do that, it'll probably also moderate your caloric intake (I'm literally 5'9" 110 pounds anyway). Eat a decent amount of fruits and veggies. Replace white bread with whole wheat.

But what about micronutrients? There are daily recommended values for all sorts of trace chemicals, multivitamins don't get processed perfectly making "expensive urine", and I have no idea what varieties of food I would need to start eating to experience benefits from the whole range of vitamins and minerals in proper daily values.

Micro this, micro that, RDA this value, RDA that... most of it is utter horseshit. There is no easy answer to your question, because if you're medically fit your body will, within reason, adapt and process whatever you throw at it, which is why the mostly joke occupation that is 'nutritionist' exists to fill this artificial 'knowledge vacuum'. For the average Joe, barring personal medical issues/poor medical family history, having a relaxed lifestlye and eating a diet that is fat and protein-rich isn't the early fucking grave most of these chumps would have you believe.

My diet, for example, by most standards is fucking awful. I'm really mean that. At least 40% of my calorific intake for the last 15 years (which is a little too high for me personally anyway) has been in the form of saturated fat and sugar. I had a full medical a few months ago, blood tests, blood pressure, scans, blah, blah... the medical staff were expecting me to have type II diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. and the results were... fit as a goddamn fiddle. They scowled when I laughed at the results, but what could they say? Their own tests said they were wrong.

There is plenty of research which shows good data that runs contrary to the viewpoint often peddled by health experts, doctors (who aren't specialists) and, God help us, 'Gurus' and other faggots in lycra personal trainers preening themselves on youtube. These people will mostly grow old, go senile, shit themselves and die just as quickly as me, in spite of all the time they spend dry-humping yoga balls and eating organic quinoa.

As for micronutrient values, which are mostly based on a population average, they will by definition be the correct requirement (within 5% of the average) for just 10% of the population. The further away from the average you are the more likely you are under- or overdosing yourself. Do not get you're panties in a bunch about it. The human body is extraordinarily adaptable is terms of absorbing what it needs from a balanced diet. A micro-managed diet is only required if you have health issues, are elderly, or are an elite athlete pushing your physical boundaries to their very limit. That of course is no use to the companies trying to sell vitamin pills to as many people as possible.

In short get yourself checked out by a doctor, blood tests etc. If they then identify symptoms of nutrient defiency not 'your levels are low on the bell-curve diagram they gave me in medical school' come back and ask about foods specific to your nutrient needs. Or go to a nutrionist with some very specific questions. It's one of the few times they're of any real use.

thank you for that. i believe you but could you provide some source of back up source that the body can basically sustain itself as well as it would with current micronutrient supplementation. i know after eating a lot of fruit or something i become gay and energetic for a while as a semi-creative state, it literally feels good for you but i suppose that may be a bit of a placebo as well, i'm obviously eating healthy in anticipation of some effect.

Simple Healthy eating? I'd start by flushing your body by drinking quite a bit of orange juice, V8 (low sodium), and water.. Try to abstain from Soda, but if you find yourself getting headaches, a little coffee or tea isn't bad. Cut back on your "box cakes and sweets". Try eating baby carrots and ranch dip as a snack.. it's surprisingly delicious and very healthy for you. For your dinner meals, bake your meats instead of frying them.. It's much healthier and they retain more protein content. A pro-tip, is to marinade your meats... eating grease soaked foods and switching to this process.. well, it'll blow your mind on how much better food can taste if your not accustomed to it, inspire you even. You dont have to go all extreme or radical.. transition slowly.. you'll find what you like and what you dont and be able to make better decisions from there.
