Season 5 premiere's tonight. Apparently AMC released the first 4 minutes as a sneak peak, but I'd rather wait until the full episode is airing. Should be epic.

I watched it for a while, then got bored. then I read the comic and it's not nearly as good as people like to make out, so probably not going to bother.

I never read the comic. I hear from people who have that the storyline of the TV series has deviated so far from that of the comic that it's hardly related anymore, just the same themes.

I think this is one of those series where you miss a lot of things if you don't have the backstory from watching from the beginning. In some of the earlier seasons, there was a lot of drama and slow-moving episodes, but they added depth to things that are being shown now.

Tonight's episode was awesome! I really don't get why everyone wants Carl dead so much, I mean did he fundamentally contribute to tonight's episode? No. But is he that unbearable?

 I really enjoyed the first few seasons of The Walking Dead. I guess it had a lot to do with timing, my fascination and yearning for a zombie apocalypse, and it doesn't a decent job of portraying some realistic situations one could face in a zombie apocalypse.. without getting to overly technical or scientific.

 When it came to the fourth season, I only made it half way through and started to lose interest.. Recently (yesterday) re-acquired season 4, and started back where I left off.. and honestly, it got better again. I still dont want to throw any spoilers out there, but I was really glad to see the arch involving a certain antagonist end... and while I'm still 1 episode away from finishing season 4, and I have the first episode of season 5 lined up to watch also.. I really think I'm going to enjoy this new direction their headed in..

 Oh.. and one more thing that kinda got me earlier today.... Look at the flowers.. just keep looking at the flowers Crazy Friggin B!

Did anyone play the TellTale games? Season 1&2 is a million times better than the show. The storyline is incredible such good games. They're on all the consoles and PC I highly suggest getting both seasons it's such a dark awesome story.

^^ Didnt know they had anything like that. Might have to check it out.. Did happen to see earlier today that TellTale was making games for Game of Thrones and some screens were leaked.. looked nice. If they do as good with WD as you say, then I'm definitely interest to see a GOT adapation.

I saw the last episode on dvr just now...and was I mistaken or did 'everybody hates chris' rack an M4 like it was a pump shotgun?  And carol blowing zombie heads apart, destroying the brainstem and instantly killing the 'walkers' with what looked like a .38?  And daryl hacking decayed zombies with a machete and pulling it out and it was covered in bright red blood?

I saw the last episode on dvr just now...and was I mistaken or did 'everybody hates chris' rack an M4 like it was a pump shotgun?  And carol blowing zombie heads apart, destroying the brainstem and instantly killing the 'walkers' with what looked like a .38?  And daryl hacking decayed zombies with a machete and pulling it out and it was covered in bright red blood?

the guns have been giving me anyeurisms from the start I've seen them have aim-points on backwards no rear sight at all in the very first episode rick tells a guy to "take the saftey off" then you hear a click ON HIS GLOCK

see, I am no gun expert by any means, and I don't like to talk about them much because I am not even sure if I know what I am looking at (I have shitty eyesight) so I may be wrong about what they are using....but I do know that you don't pump a rifle, and you don't blow heads apart with a small caliber handgun  ( I did also know that glocks dont have safeties heh)

yeah that's the problem is even people that don't know much about guns can see blaring issues

also the way everyone is wild bill with headshots when zombies are about but can't hit shit when it's a person drives me nuts
