Yea, $15-$20 a gram is becoming ever more common.. And it's ridiculous too. Like Modc said, when I was younger weed was cheap. I could get all the higher quality strands for the flat rate of $25 an 8th, $40 a quater.. I really don't understand why the price has inflated so much.. It's no as if the weed today is sooo much more powerful than that of 8-10 years ago. Sure, if your going the medical route.. I'm talking about the home growers though.. Then again, it is probably inflation based on the recent expanse of medical herb. A lot of growers have quit growing, and that "$20 a gram" stuff I'm always being offered is 90% of the time followed by a line that sounds something like (It's some primo medical bud I got from... Ohio.. Cali... Maryland.. etc). The weed shops are selling it high and still getting flipped from the run of the mill opportunist. I refuse to pay $20 a gram.. It's just stupid.. maybe not for everyone if that's the best you can do, but I'll take the random cheap bud I get because either you get something great.. or I'm getting what I paid for. Win/Win.
