People that get so wrapped up in the rhetoric of things like nationalistic pride or political affiliation etc......that it absolutely consumes their lives and morals(?).
Prudes.
Selfish people that try to dictate the rest of the world's interests to satiate their own sensibilities.
Snitches.
Passive aggressive people that are just cowards afraid to put ownership or risk into anything they do.

LOL...I guess I would have to say all of the above. I don't really have a problem with people that are shy or more closed about their own sexual appetites, that is their own business. But anyone trying to instill their own uptight beliefs in others, whether its soccer mom's teaching their own kids that nudity and sex is "wrong", absurd dress codes, overbearing teachers, etc.

Lil Guru has been using that phrase since he was about 8 or 9 after learning the concept from me and his adult cousins.

Around here its 'the corn has ears' because people who talk end up getting dumped in a cornfield by detroit drug dealers.  I don't know why exactly, but drug dealers from detroit and chicago compete for my city's drug market.
