Whether they are following you or investigating you or not is a whole other can of worms. For the sake of this conversation, let's assume that they are indeed keeping tabs on you.

Why? What do you think their reasoning/justification is for investigating you and you in particular?

I do know why.  However, I believe that they shouldn't have done the things they did to me, despite what I had done, which was, strictly speaking, not illegal.

It's nice to see you again, but you really should try to think long and hard about why they would be investigating you. If you truly can't think of a single reason as to why they would choose to do something like that, then chances are they aren't and you're unfortunately experiencing what everyone here already said : paranoid delusions.

So please, for your own vindication, try to think of a reason or reasons why a government agency would choose to spend it's time researching and investigating you.

I do know why (in fact i stated this in my post above yours).  i know very very well why they'd want to investigate me.  I just don't think they should have done what they did to me, which was incredibly cruel and evil.  What they did to me, these misdeeds by CSIS, are what I have issues with.

I'm sorry, I have a tendency to gloss things over sometimes when I'm reading. ESL and whatnot. I accidentally read what you said as "I don't know why".

Now, I must ask you "Why?" then. You don't have to go into too much detail, just the general idea of what they think you are/have done.

since you asked so nicely and also that i like you:

i once posted on an internet forum incredibly crazy, disgusting, and highly racially charged stuff.  however, i must emphasize that, technically what i posted was NOT ILLEGAL.

also, (i am re-iterating here) i take extreme issues with what the CSIS did to me in response to my online posts.  I believe the CSIS is a cruel, evil agency.

I truly wouldn't worry about that. I have been involved in a literal, face to face government investigation for almost two solid years now. Believe me when I say that no organization is going to waste time, resources and money on toying with people. Least of all over hate speech that doesn't maintain any sort of legal ambiguity.  They do not toy with people or play games. There is a reason why most governmental agencies maintain such a high conviction rate, it is because they aren't going to bother with you unless they are almost CERTAIN they can "get" you. Otherwise, it is a waste of time and money.

Remember that money is what keeps the government afloat. They investigate and arrest people for money and revenue. Fines, court costs, jail time - that all helps oil the machine. Unless you have done something and/or are continue to do things of an illegal nature, the government is not going to waste their time with you. They will only do so if they genuinely believe they can get one of the three above mentioned staples out of you (fines, court costs, jail time).

so tell me lanny, why did you keep alluding to my mental patient status?

Because when a mental health patient suspects that they're the subject of an ongoing investigation by a secret government agency then there's one explanation that's a lot more probable than all the others.

but this doesn't explain why you keep alluding to it in some sort of attempt to humiliate/embarrass me, though
