This is what I meant

Did you even bother reading through that thread?

This link was on post #30...

http://www.second-card.com/

I have no idea if it's legit, but it does appear as if two of the people in the main picture on the main page, are...fake?  lol

These cards are designed for hardcore 'Second Life' players. They load the cards with real money in order to pay for virtual items, hence the name 'Second Card'.

Of course you can still use them for other purposes.

The guy in that thread was most likely from Poland and getting the same disposable cards that second-card do, from Bank Zachodni WBK, and selling them at a small profit.

Second-card are very flexible on how they send the cards; You can chose which courier you want and how it'll be sent.

You don't exactly have to be from poland.

there was a zoklet thread about opening a polish acc, but all you need is this:
http://www.deepdotweb.com/2014/01/05/bank-zachodni-wbk-cashing-out-bitcoin-through-prepaid-visa-cards/

and a mfs with a polish address, and maybe half a brain.

You need a polish address because most polish banks stopped doing buisness with non-citizens after the guide was pulished on the clearnet and countless idiots started to abuse it.

btw it still works with diff banks. polish banking laws are just really great.

Has anybody used one of these?

Linking an IBAN number to a Paypal seems a bit of a pain

I honestly think these are for use in a game like someone said.  Use at the ATM, within the game.  Not sure though, I have never tried.

Polish cards are kinda sketchy these days bro, it's hit or miss I guess but people still love them. Can't verify any of that, IBAN's aren't my thing, I like those neckbeard coinz which is how I stumbled upon this

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=510824.0

something worth looking into if it's legit. If you don't have an account there, make one and do some small trades for paypal with escrow to get some feedback. If you do paypal trades legit people love it but they're quite wary of doing so
