I'm Moving Up In The World
« on: September 30, 2014, 02:45:39 am »
So, I had been renting this small office (100sqft) since April that I was living in.  Paid $235 a month with internet and electricity included.  I had to wash in the bathroom sink, no refrigerator, only a rice cooker.  I loved it.  But, sadly they came to realize that I was living here so they are kicking me out.

Everyone was all worried for me, but I didn't sweat it.

Today, I talked to the owner of one of the local boxing gyms.  Turns out I'm going to be staying there for $250 a month.  And, it's going to be a major upgrade in my lifestyle.  Everything is included and it has a shower, kitchen, stove, refrigerator and a washer and dryer right there.  No more boring and expensive trips to the laundry mat.  I may have to pay extra to use the gym, but I plan to do it.  I'm gonna be living out of a boxing gym, so I'm going to take advantage of it to try to train and better myself as a ninja.

Good thing you got kicked out of there so you could find a better place. Having is a washer and dryer is the shit, I cannot imagine moving into a place without one and having to use the laundromat. You better take advantage of that gym and find some hot ass gym girls to train and fuck with. Good to hear it man.

Ask the owner if he's willing to give you free gym membership in exchange for housekeeping

That's an awesome situation, dude. I like how you're turning cheap housing into an advantage.

It'd be hard to not work out every day if you're at a gym watching ripped people do their thing. Let us know how it goes.

Awesome man. Always glad to hear about people moving on up. Considering your situation, you've been presented with a badass set of circumstances. Seriously, living a a gym is somewhat.. a luxury. It'll give you the opportunity to work on your body, build confidence which will transfer into other areas of your life, might develop a new hobby (mma/boxing).. And for some reason, I think chicks would probably find it sexy that you live at the gym.. as long as you have the build to back it up.

Rome wasnt built in a day.. Just work at it and keep moving forward.
