Overuse of benzodiazepines may be linked to Alzheimer’s

Taking benzodiazepines is associated with an increased risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, particularly for long-term users, suggests a study published on thebmj.com, with researchers warning that unwarranted long-term use should be considered a public health concern.

omg what if an increase in glutamate or somehow in electric activity in general is something that could cure or benefit alsheimers victims??? i wonder if anyone could somehow look into testing something like this if it hasn't already been done? i would really like to see humanity rid of that fucking absolutely catastrophic disease. that disease is the most awful occurrence I think I have ever been aware of the existence of... tbh. i wonder if amplified efficacy of GABA or the corresponding inhibition in the brain is somehow a precursor to the plaques and tangles between the neurons of the brains of alsheimers patients or to whatever eventually may cause them?? what can we discover now to help fight against this disease as a result of THIS possible and probable correlation... is what i hope people have thought about before acting on said thoughts since THIS study was published publically.

You're Malice?

Either way - They need to stop allowing circular thinkers that have dedicated enormous amounts of time reading, memorizing and repeating pre-existing information... and replace them with people that take pre-existing information and birth theories on other things perhaps even seemingly unrelated that correspond with x pre-existing information.

I'm being kind of arrogant here... But there are SO many (IMO) indisputably BETTER ways of doing things... In every field... That are fucking EASY for me to see. Or what I'd imagine a lot of people who got frustrated in highschool not because the work was too hard but because they had already developed values that contradict herd behavior & had a lack of guidance meanwhile by 18-19 would have learned from their mistakes and benefited the world once too late.

I have thousands of ideas and the way in which humans interact with one another is flawed and creates unsuitable limitations concerning the serenity of people like myself and (I'm O) probably yourself and probably joepedo's self except not really because he probably knows how to serenade himself and how to physics... maximizing friction and what not... sorry ADHD. Creates unacceptable limitations in regards to the satisfaction of human beings of such characteristics when presenting ideas.

Why?

We interrupt each other. Simple.

On a site like this most can skim by a long post (that would obviously require someone intending on reading it to dedicate the necessary time required to do such) and say ''meth' or ''tldr'' to me. and that's fine. I know a sick burn when I see one and I can appreciate them and I definitely respect the intellect and creativity of those that choose to do so due to me being a good sport that can handle textual character incineration from greater minds... But those few that do choose to read... have caught a flag at some point contained in something I've posted. Those who tend to appreciate my contributions coincidentally (and luckily for me) tend to be those that I find to be worth reading the most as well... with respect to correlation=/=causation.

As far as I'm concerned I could do a better job than most PhD's as far as creating my own theories that I feel have quite a significant probability to be accurate EVEN WITH less knowledge that those PhD's have in their field (not all, a good chunk at estimation) in which they learned by memorizing and repeating.

Do you see the point... You probably saw the point before I pointed you in the direction of my pointing it out by making this point by  making that post up above about one point five months ago.

The point is that education is flawed. It's fucking stupid... not education itself. The way we recruit people for their occupational/social/moral/LAMP/ethical/etc. statuses is fucking retarded and because it has stagnantly existed in such a manner without anyone listening to any pointers from potential and likely critical thinkers my grandma needlessly deteriorated with alsheimers before me through my teen years and i never had my mom so she was as close to a mother figure as i had around... and circular thinking financially well off mediocre excuses for scholars are placed in these positions because they had the chance to jump through a hoop that many that didn't COULD have had it been in front of them...

actually that's not even what i want to talk about here. sorry. ADHD/shit memory now. (short term)

Actually... do you know if the owners of this site could get credit for any (hypothetically) revolutionary ideas that get noticed and utilized for massive benefit to society, maybe mankind... if a user were to discuss it/them on here?

I have some serious, serious ideas about alsheimers way, way beyond that pussy ass tiny bitch ass thought as you saw above... no offense to said idea or anything. I was going to get into them but then I thought "What if I get robbed of credit for figuring it out?"

I know something that no one else knows... and it's not what I'm referring to above... it's what allowed me to come up with what I referred to above amongst what I estimate to be literal thousands of other possibly never proposed ideas that could drastically help this world and in probably close to all of the well known science branches amongst others.

Do you believe me? I'm not trying to assert my intellectual dominance over your societal/intosanctuary mean (although I'm probably not in the bottom 50% percentile in either)... I truly don't give a fuck about anyone on here thinking I'm smart or fucking retarded. I have heard every person in my life that I have ever known well enough to call a friend or that has ever known me beyond a conversation ... seriously i think every single person i've ever known... tell me the same thing. It's more upsetting and anxiety provoking than anything... they don't understand that I am crippled with upsetting emotions due to an inability to communicate what I see as important or when I do... no one fucking gets it or cares. They care about what they've been fucking indoctrinated to care about.

I want people to see me as a good human being... not a smart one. No one seems to notice though... except those close to me.

and I don't post this stuff to look smart once I know someone isn't going to pass me off as a retard not worth listening to (if they themselves don't meet that description in my opinion). I want to see people understand what I mean even if it's trivial. I think that all human trends might be based on random shifts (obviously not completely random but you know) like say... pop culture trends amongst kids... yo-yo's coming back in 97... then POGS... then pokemon cards... No one ever decided "hey... pokemon cards are of the highest efficacy in regards to making these kids excel in x or y" it's just consumerism/understandable-greed. Now use those pop culture trends and the way they shift... the way people do what they do by sponging up and COPYING one another (even the reason these words mean what we presume they mean... but honestly... this site that were on (to the universe or outside of mankind and its sponge-resulting social trends containing language itself) is no more a "site" than it is a "ooooooooeEEEEEEEEpppff". Both are equally true. Use that example of pop culture trends shifting based on random changes based on something that IS NOT efficacy in regards to something beneficial (or whatever is MOST beneficial - better yet)... as an analogy for any aspect of human interaction.

The way we talk to each other is FAR from what is most effective for adequate idea expression/maximizing communication amongst humans...

I also believe that by maximizing human communication (which obviously would require us to THINK CRITICALLY and question the way we've never thought twice about doing it) we maximize human potential as a species.

Once we maximize human potential as a species to the greatest degree possible... we are much more likely to spread to everyone the truth about the one giant change in human consciousness that we ALL NEED TO FUCKING UNDERSTAND. Think mathematics and the beauty of the human mind...  Now think about what most people's dream would be in life...

Get what I'm saying? If so, you're probably mind-blown and possibly scared like I am if I let myself dwell on the thought of never being able to get it across to anyone let alone everyone. People automatically assume that because I got my GED at 26... (actually, I got it a week after turning 21. You have to be 21 to get it here and I scored in the top 1% percentile of traditional HS grads and I got offered a scholarship when they sent me my marks and diploma which I procrastinated on filling out and missed out on... and then I spent 3 years taking various college courses online from a college about an hour from here... and got the highest mark EVER in their history in 2 of them. perfect 5.0 gpa in every one of them.) that I should not be offered the job of "guy that gets paid to tell people what it is that they're doing wrong and what I want them to do instead".

i'm seriously not on meth i just let my thoughts wander.

-Aces

fuck it. fuck that point.

Molecular chemistry and gated ion channels is not something that can be guesstimated.

A + B does not always = C.

I learnt that the hard way.

Well, shit. My dad has been off and on klonopin and xanax for the past 20 or so years and recently has been showing signs of dementia which was most likely attributed to a small concusion he had recently but he's been turning into a real alzheimers basket case, could actually be the benzos.
