Took 500mg propylhexedrine yesterday, havent slept in 36 hours, took 96mg of loperamide earlier today with large amounts of omeprazole, my stomach contents have been stagnent for a while, just vomited pure water, surprising, I thought it would be agonizing benzedrex soaked bile soaked super soaked stomach acid
all of this happening while I suddenly can't stop sweating, my feet are extremely swollen and red, I knew right away it was a hypertensive crisis, took BP
213/103 BP heartrate 173, planned on doing DXM, still might do DXM and mix it with a fuckton of tizanidine. Hopefully I have the testicular fortitude to actually die and not survive like a fucking cromag plebioid fagtron 3030.

You're kidding, right?  Hypertension usually has to get very extreme to kill a person acutely, especially if they're young and in decent health (most young people are in good health by default).  Muscle relaxants, cough suppressant and anti-diarrheal medications aren't going to come close to killing you.  Don't be stupid.

I've done actual crazy overdoses (think like 6 grams lamotrigine) in the past, but I knew they weren't suicide attempts.  I just like hurting myself.

If you can still stand you're fine.  Even if you can't, you'll probably be okay.  I always was.  Those aren't anything close to heroic doses, not that I'm daring you to take more.  Death by overdose is difficult to achieve even if you're taking dangerous drugs.

Why are you feeling suicidal?

Well I just regained conciosness on my bedroom floor soaked in bloody water vomit and f 22 like I took the dxm but both bottles are unopened . I'm not suicidal, just extremely cynical

It's not death by direct drug toxicity when people do stuff like this, just other peripheral things like genetic predisposition,  for example I have cardiomyopathy, mitral valve prolapse and a whole bunch of other fun Marfans syndrome attributes

I feel like you're lying about there being actual blood in your vomit.  Or maybe something minor happened.  If there really is blood there though you should get to the ER asap.  Probably should have in the first place, but whatever.

They'll shove a tube up your nose, down into your stomach.  Have fun.

What medications are you taking?  How did you come to know of these issues, and how have they affected you since?

But mostly just get to the ER.  Bring pictures of the vomit, or a sample if you can collect it.  It would be very surprising if you died but you could have caused some damage that might cause you problems later in life if not treated soon.
