Landing url
« on: June 05, 2014, 02:38:10 am »
When I type intosanctuary.com into my browser to come here, I'm usually greeted by a landing url along the lines of this:
Code: [Select]
http://www.intosanctuary.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=dcec2hu342j0o742ff7s5j9ee4;wwwRedirectDoes anyone know why this is happening/does this happen to anyone else? It usually always messes with my login too and redirects me to the login failed/retry page even when I type everything in right the first time.

I don't know why this is happening for you but I'm having no such problems. Logging out and going to google.com and then going back to www.intosanctuary.com gives me no such landing URL at all. Same when I'm already logged in, neither am I having any login problems. Sounds like it's on your end. Check everything you've set up for your browser.

What browser do you use? It seems to be specific to the most recent version of firefox, as I've tried it on 2 different machines with different operating systems on different networks and that's the only browser that's funky...

You have cookies disabled. Throwing the session id in the url is how PHP handles session state in this situation. It happens with any browser.

Seems like a bug with Simple Machines, though I don't know how a session would persist after closing a browser without cookies.

Fucking with me is like masterbation, Feels good while your doing it, But when ya done, You realise you fucked your self.

A goal: To leave this place a little less fucked up then when i entered.
