Need some music recommendations.
« on: June 04, 2014, 02:49:02 am »
I don't listen to a lot of R&B or stuff like that. I have someone coming over tomorrow, and that is the type of music she likes.

I know she likes that song "All of Me - John Legend" and stuff like that, so yeah.

She's also Mexican, so my first thought was to throw on some Paco De Lucia (not R&B obviously) but I doubt she'd be into that.

Ideas?

Bittersweet Symphony - The Verve
Talk - Coldplay
Reach Out - Take That

And maybe "Smooth" by "Santana"?

How about something a bit newer than the 90s?

Is she really gonna care?

meh 50% probability. She did mention it though.

And it isn't that important, but she's a cool chick and if it makes her happy then I'll try.

Then the answer is simple. Pick the recent songs those artists have done and boom. No 90's. However, unless she mentioned 90's songs being bad, I would just go with those selections I made.
