Agreed. The anonymity does kind of add to the value of the username, and in a way, the essence of the site.

Not that I have anything in particular to hide, but I've always exercised caution and hesitancy when it comes to posting my pics to online message boards. It just seems smarter not to personally link myself to such things..

 Then again, the thought crossed my mind last night that the other smart option beyond not posting your own personal pic at all would be to do what thousands of people do everyday anyways... post fake pics. Preserve a false image, do direct link in the instance of a ad situation, and nobody none the wiser.. Unless your making the effort to write your screen name on your face or something, its not like anyone is going to care enough to attempt verification.

Well you never really know with some people here. From what I've seen some users save pics of others for some strange reason. I just don't like the thought of my pic being on some dirty old mans hard drive
