That looks nice, keep us updated. I'm interested on how will this go.

Also, are you interested on drop-shipping?
I never actually tried them, but from the sound of it you can try doing drop-shipping for no cost.
I read a thread on bhw forum that you can easily find a list of chinese supplier and put their products list on ebay or your blog.
It might worth a try if you have some free time.

This thread really delivered.. Hell yea, man.. If your making some solid bank and you've managed to secure your operation, then I'd call your little operation a success. You really don't need a lot of money to get by on in college, well.. guess it depends on the campus. But at least your making some decent pocket money on the regular. Have you been selling for enough nights yet to figure out like your daily profit average? I could even see you improvising with this further.. making specials for certain days of the week, or taking possible request suggestions. Smart on giving "everyone" the friend discount.. everyone loves the idea of getting a better deal than someone else. I do advise you to be careful though.. Selling to minors on campus and what not.. even though your making some decent little pocket money, its not worth getting some shit on your record for it. Have an exit strategy, it never hurts.

I have several safeguards in place.

when meeting new people, I have them go to the pavilion outside my dorm building, so I can see who they are first. I have friends who will deliver for a small cut, and I always keep a decoy stash in the fridge, non-alcoholic ones, and keep the hot ones hidden in a drawer. if campolice come through, I will show them the duds, and just make a huge deal about how fucking stupid they are before they check the drawers.

my other safeguard is not getting too greedy.

I could easily make 1,000 of them, fill up a cooler every night, and walk around to parties selling them as fast as I can, but by selling a few at a time to friends and acquaintances, I cut down on risk.

I also have a tablet with its own snapchat account, I use that to communicate with potentials. I can delete that, and if I get stopped I can just show the different snapchat on my phone.

my next step is a mini fridge that I can hide under my bed.

EDIT:
I didn't see that this had gotten to 2 pages.

the problem with drop-shipping is I need inventory in order to sell it. if I manufacture them when ordered, it takes about 4 hours. inventory is an unavoidable step.

That's a good plan.  You're right that you should go for cheap ingredients over quality when selling to college kids.  Most students won't know the difference, and the ones that do will be too drunk to care after the second shot.  I recommend you be really careful with this operation, though.  Eventually some drunk student is going to get picked up by campus police and run his mouth, probably saying something like "What are you messhing with me for, ossifer?  I only had two beersh.  The guy in room 604 is running a fugging bar out of his dorm room, selling drinks to half the campus.  Arrest him."

If you get caught, you need to make it look like you were just sharing drinks with a few friends.  That means you don't keep a big supply of cups in your dorm, you don't keep more than two bottles in your dorm, and for sure you don't keep a big stack of money in your dorm.  Those things just scream "intent to sell" and that's real bad, as in possible jail time bad.  You also might want to set up a little shop selling ramen and candy just as a front to explain the constant flow of traffic into your room.  It doesn't have to make money just as long as it gives you a cover story.  And don't steal the cups.  You've got a good thing going here, and there's no need to take the risk of ruining it by getting caught at petty theft.

If you have friends that live off campus and are 21+ store it in their house fridge?
