Pull out a plastic gas can so they think you just wanted to get some for your lawnmower. Then when they turn away, quickly open your gas door and fill it up quickly before he sees you, then put on dark sunglasses and drive away carefully.

I went to buy some powerball tickets at a gas station and the camera screen caught my attention. It kept zooming in and out of peoples faces and license plates. I asked the clerk why it does that and she straight up told me that it's to help catch those who drive off without paying. I don't own a car but don't you have to make a payment before pumping gas? What's stopping someone from pulling up in a hoodie and covered plates filling the tank and just fleeing?

Thats why I drive with my tailgate down and shit attached to my trailer hitch to block plate readers. Those things are entirely too prevalent nowadays.
