Actually, to be honest, it hit a 1,000 posts a while ago, but I was busy then and forgot to address it so here it is, late.
We started this site on the 8th of May, 2014 and between then and now, we've gained back a lot of our core users, made incredible strides in adding functionality to the forum, and bit by bit, refined our own way of doing things. We've had contributions of all kinds from DIY defensive tools to bleach to cars to bad poetry to cows to books and so on. And I'd like to say, to all of you who have contributed in any way, you have my gratitude. Not to mention all the good times we've already had together in general.
It's has been tough too. Make no mistake. We've also had our problems. Threats against the site, forum software difficulties, and issues with punishment to name a couple. But I don't want to focus on our problems as we're always taking care of them. This site will survive, I assure you. I'm never going to just leave it in the dust no matter how problematic it gets. I think it's a testament to the power of totse's ideals that even after being brought down twice (technically three times if you count totseans.com), we've still bounced back from it. Just as a phoenix arises from its ashes.
And speaking of such, in order to commemorate our 1000th post and as a gift to you all, I have taken the time to make ourselves a full logo. It's not the BEST quality but I hope you'll all find it suitable.
