The topic isn't "what do you think of lifting" if you don't lift fuck off and comment elsewhere.
I was interested to know how much other members were able to lift, NOT your opinion on why I lift.
I'm a small guy, I've no intention to train for hypertrophy! I'm interested in lifting heavy ass weights most of you faggots will never be able to move let alone lift.
My lifts are currently very low, I didn't post out of pride I posted out of interest in what others had achieved.
