But, the human body doesn't need wheat. So, that's unacceptable. I just need to buy more oatmeal.

I mostly live off of rice, eggs and oatmeal. Except, I haven't had any oatmeal lately, and that seems to be when the cravings started. IDK. I'm very zen master with my diet, but I'm still not perfect.

Also, it causes mucus and gas.mucus: says who?gas: only if youre not used to it and your body doesnt have the enzymes/bacteria to process iti drink at least a gallon a week...sometimes more. i never have any of those problems
that must be your physiology. i can drink a gallon of milk a day with no mucous or gas...but then again ive been drinking milk since i was born so my digestive tract is adjusted to itthat theory is pretty much flawed considering in all the animal kingdom a lot of them dont do a lot of things that people do. ever seen a monkey cooking on a barbecue? when was the last time you met a goat strolling through the supermarket going shopping? what about a goldfish eating at a fast food restaurant?the fact is, milk is a fairly decent nutrient source compared to a lot of the shit they sell at the supermarket.
