Taking control of an open network

I'm not in the "mindset" to type a tutorial for this at the moment but would anyone  be interested in a tutorial on how to take all traffic? MiTM to redirect? Reading passwords over packet transmission? I'm asking because if there is no interest then I won't write out a tutorial when I'm not inebriated. I'm also asking because other members that have come from zoklet are pretty tech savvy. Have you guys already covered this? I just want to see if this will be useful to you guys. This is my bag of chips. This is my passion. Before I go posting about this, is there any interest? The N(i)S forum is pretty dead.

That being said, I know some of your names through other "hacking" forums. Avoyel is doing better in the exploit field. Not because they are good, because they care more. I know some of you study infosec. I'm completely interested in your shares. Lets make avoyel obsolete like antivirus.
