graham condensers aren't good for high throughput distillations or for low volatiles like ethanol. They will clog up fast and create pressure that slows down the boiling. For a 3 liter vessel a 300mm water cooled liebig would work fine, or a vigreux if you want to get it more concentrated. Go bigger if you're doing many liters.
If you get a liebig condenser with the indentations at the bottom, you can pack it with beads or metal wool to make it work as a fractioning column.
