Trying to get my CCW so i can carry a firearm legally

I was gonna go to the sherriffs department and apply for a CCW so I can carry my firearm where I go. These muthaphuccas want me to pay to take a college course, then pay $150 bucks for a psychological test to see if I have morals lol then I apply for the ccw and pay for that and get taxed. Sounds like a lot of money & time. Im just gonna carry regardless...fuck it!

Thats horrible.  Why in the name of all that is holy would you want to live there? I didn't think the aristocracy over there allowed the peons to own guns...much less carry them concealed.

In California, i think it would be worth it to do so legally. As the fines and more importantly prison time would suck when you could save yourself all that time and just take the classes and pay a few hundred bucks.

All I know is that my brother was denied a ccw while stationed in California despite being an officer in the United States Marine Corps and having nothing more than a speeding ticket. Compare that to Texas or New Mexico where anyone who's qualified gets one or states like Arizona where no permit is required.
