But you could probably figure out where the ban and infraction buttons are here without any guidance whatsoever, couldn't you?

It's there. Click profile, then summary or account settings. Then click modify profile, and go to look and layout. Some other somewhat hard-to-find settings are in that drop down too, such as modifying your notifications.

Well i got so much advice i am now a certified expert on sanctuary settings

The green theme is way better just make sure you dim the screen down
