As far as all the Zoklet staff goes, they didn't do shit about the blatant corruption and abuse of power for years, so they're ALL just as guilty as the actual perpetrators, IMO. Guilt by association. They preferred standing around looking important and polishing their little CrackerJack badges while the community went down the shitter, and now they're here demanding a "fresh start". Ain't gonna happen. The only thing they can do now is abandon the nicks they themselves soiled and try and rebuild the rep they so wantingly and willingly threw away on Zoklet.

Moderators are not politicians, more like volunteer janitors. It's really fucked up that you see Zoklet going down as tantamount to a broke town with poison water. Also, the notion that I personally profited from the site is laughable. Putting up with your nonsense was all free, and usually done on nights before I went to my real job.

Authority can be very valuable to some, which ends up to be a personal profit to them once they accept it. Once they have it, very little can make them let go of it, even moral abuses and corruption within. To those, the value of the power is worth much more than doing what is right and proper.
