Why is skygear banned?

I remember skygear posted about his time in "prison" one time and he said he was a "trustee" in the kitchen which is basically a rat. A "trustee" is a derogatory term in prison but it is an official designation in some institutions.

Being a trustee is a perk down here. You get more free time, better food, and a shorter stay because of the work credits. You can apply to be a trustee, but that doesn't really matter. You either have to know one of the guards from the street or have a skill. Snitches don't get trustee jobs because even the guards know that snitches is bitches.

That's my experience, anyway. I'm sure unstable bladder knows more about the Canadian snitch system than I do, though.
