system restore is pretty extreme

bit of an old thread, but I'd recommend forcing the access point to 802.11G/N; disabled the a/b bands altogether because I've had issues with that in the past.

I said refresh not restore (all files remain)  and then let him download drivers from his manufacturer I wouldn't want stuck with a cable.......or download the driver from manufacturer uninstall current driver that may have came in updates and use the new one
Sometimes...you can cry until there's nothing wet in you. You can scream and curse to where your throat rebels and ruptures. You can pray, all you want, to whatever god you think will listen. And, still it makes no difference. It goes on, with no sign as to when it might release you. And you know that if it ever did relent...it would not be because it cared.

I actually did do a system restore shortly after opening this thread that did not fix it all. I My playstation 3 starting having trouble as well and so did my tablet. Called the company and forever later they finally come out and they changed the wiring into the apartment and gave me a new router. The internet is physically faster since then which is great, but I am still having the random hiccup with it not connecting. Though much rarer it is.
