I have once done 10 Kroatian Caffetin tabs each containing Paracetamol 250mg - Propyphenazone 210mg - Codeine phosphate 10mg - Caffeine 50mg.

I thought I was dying, too. Me and another buddy who dosed aprox. the same had sleep paralysis that night at the same time. Pretty weird.
