If you are going to stop fucking up - plumber, Electrician, ironworker, carpenter, glazier, oilfield, welder
If u wanna keep fucking up - concrete, sheetrocker, painter, roadwork, 'landscapining'.
If you don't like trades work you could work in a factory, in sales, at a warehouse.
Food/hospitality just seems so dead-end, you can move up in some of those other jobs. If you are going to stop fucking up see about sealing or expunging your mistakes.

I was having these for a while, it was pretty terrifying. Sometimes I would have a nightmare and then 'wake up' to being unable to move - at first I wondered if I was in a coma, is this what it would be like?
I had been binging/heavy drinking for a few weeks straight at the time, and not getting enough sleep at night. I actually quit drinking for a while and started to get more rest and haven't experienced them since.

You need to get and take something prescribed, not the remnants of someones random unfinished course of antibiotics.
Go to doctor - tell them you were injecting drugs and missed ( If it makes you feel better, don't elaborate on what drug - or do like equa suggested and say it was water ). Also tell them you have attempted to remedy your (suspected)infection at home by experimenting with street antibiotics.
They are not going to call your probation lorde or the police or anyone else thats out to get you. Lying or withholding facts just makes it less likely you will get proper treatment.
