I heard about this at the local kava watering hole. It's becoming so god-damned popular and all kinds of federal agencies are taking notice. I have several trees growing already and intend to ramp my supply up over the next 6 months.

Capsules, extracts, flashy packaging it's all to blame. Market it as a non-consumable for Christ's sake!
