i was able to not smoke spice today
just had to get \psych warded for a little while

lol well that's good

it was pretty shitty

graffiti'ed all the walls will "my father is a child molester"
fuck i graffited the wall above his bed
then i tried to call the cops on him and he unplugged the phone and called the ambulance on me
and he took my shoes
so i ran out of the house with ripped sneakers and ran to the precinct and told a bunch of people my dad molested me
they wouldnt take my statement and made me wait for an ambulance
then the ambulance took me and i had to sit in a room and stared at my HPPD + answered a bunch of interview questions + went home 10 hrs later
took public buw in hospital socks
now my dad just came home
and we're not saying anythong
"being sober sucks"
haven;t eaten/drank anything eitbher all day

also i punched my mom in the head a bunch of times, feel kinda bad about that.

this is the second time i've been psychiatrically hospitalized in four days so now they called child protection/prevention services

I brought up how we used to sleep in the same bed and how his friend literally poisoned me after I stole his drugs 2 years ago and he's gone on a medical crusade against me to try to invalidate anything I say to doctors/police. I have very low tolerance for frustration so of course this has led to face-smashing/house-trashing/mother-punching/etc, which gives my dad another excuse to call the ambulance, which in turn makes me even more MAD

but I guess it's been a pretty exciting week

When I introduced myself to dads friend I was on DXM. Then I rummaged though his house, ate 2 grams of Wellbutrin, chewed on some nicotine minds, stole 60$ of pot from the guy. I go to the movie theatre, admittedly feeling ultra shitty from my entirely non-recreational cocktail, my dad stops by to talk to me,I I say I didn't take the guys pot, my dad tells me the guy is incredibly pissed but I thought if admitted to it the scenario would be worse. I get home from the movie theatre still feeling horrible, my dad and his friend are kind of drunk, I say I'm hungry and the guy prepares a frozen pizza for me. While I try to chew the pizza I suddenly get more ill and lose my ability to swallow. I'm starving so I take another bite, and immediately start choking on the floor. I think my dad and his friend came into the room a few seconds later (I lost my ability to speak), so my dad performs the heinmik maneuver on me, and lucky I don't die. His friend is sitting there watching me the whole time and I find it extremely unlikely for that all to be a "coincidence"

He was living with one of my friends at the time, which is how I was able to easily access where he was sleeping and....well I am not going to incriminate myself for aggravated assault....Never saw him again, except once. I thought I saw him walking down the road when I was driving, and I was tempted to hit him with my car but there were other people around and shit
