Other then a Bank account?
-
Buy goods. You could buy from another account or service you have set up. I believe to cash out, you either needed a bank account or have someone that'll either buy the PP account, or agree to send you payment, for the funds in the PP account.
You could send them the funds, and they could cash out with a bank account, and then they could send you the funds.
-
I was thinking about how they can refund onto a card so I am hoping thre is a way to cash out using that
-
You can buy prepaid credit cards on eBay, although they're sold at a steep markup. Prices are generally $140-150 for a $100 card and $270-280 for a $200 card. I used to sell them before eBay banned me.

So If I have say 200 bucks in my paypal account I can transfer it to these prepaid cards?

I've noticed some of my threads on have like 15 views in the day following the creation of them. On other forums, they have like 40-50 in a day, sometimes over 100 or even more.
People aren't flowing here like they did on Zoklet and it encourages the people that do post here, to post elsewhere. That's not good for this forum.

No, you buy the card on eBay using Paypal for ~$275 and the seller will mail it to you with $200 already loaded on the card. The markup is high, but the seller has lots of expenses to cover and he's got to take the risk of the buyer filing a fraudulent claim against him. If you've got a lot of money in Paypal and you want to anonymously convert it into something easier to spend, this is a good way to do it.

Ok I am a bit lost you buy a 200 card for say 275 then you put in a claim with paypal and get the monies back?
-
No, it's very simple. You go on eBay and buy a gift card with your Paypal money for $275. The seller then mails you a gift card worth $200. You go and spend the gift card on video games or whatever you 15 year old kids spend money on these days. What part of that process is confusing to you? Now you are paying $275 in Paypal money to get $200 in spending money, but you aren't in a situation where you want to link your checking account to the Paypal account and withdraw the entire balance, are you?
If you try to rip off the seller by fraudulently claiming your gift card never arrived or arrived empty, you're just going to draw attention to the fact that the credit card you used through Paypal was stolen to begin with. Don't do it. Besides, I kept copies of the gift card receipts and shipping information to prove I did in fact send a good card, and I never lost a dispute.

Oh right I am with you now, I will need to check the UK site here to see what is going But I guess it would be similar

This is the sketchy part. Better have some good drops ready.
Also, why not just buy gold/silver, or set up a re-shipping scheme.
-
Gold or silver would work just as well. If you wanted to sell the gold you'd either have to put up with the hassle of finding a buyer or take a loss selling it at a "We Buy Gold" type of shop, but either way it would work.

One of what?
Also, I bet fake ID is going to be a near requirement for crime in the future. It's best to get started on making a very good template on the most updated license right now.

I'm going to do a rethink here. Since you apparently cannot figure out what a Visa gift card looks like on your own, you have no business whatsoever engaging in anything remotely criminal. Instead, my advice to you is that you pursue a safe, legal career, something that matches your intellectual level, something like sorting laundry.

Sorry, I only dealt in gift cards, not gold. You'll have to do the usual eBay thing and look at feedback ratings.

Considering they only seem to exist in the United States Of Card Fraud I am unsure on why I would know what one is.
With an Amazon Gift card you spend on Amazon, Pizza express at pizza express etc
So you spend Visa at the local Visa Shop? I dont really require a Visa as I would not be allowed into the US because of my record n all.
-
Prepaid Visa/Mastercard are spent just like regular credit cards, except they have a certain amount on them that can be spent. They can be spent at any store that accepts credit cards or debit cards. They are like a universal gift cards.
They can also be used online. ;)
Remember though, if you buy these, you'll need to receive them in the mail, which could be a problem. You could set up a nice scheme though...

Mail is fine, but they are not sold here in the UK (on eBay at least)
