Okay well if no one has information on where to get cloned cc's, lets talk about how to make them and where to get the best tools, how to get information off a victim, ect. General plans of attack. Go. I have a few ideas but they are not solid, and I'm sure some of you guys know a thing or two. Lets get this ball rolling.
