ask strangers for change
obtain a master key that works on coin-operated laundry machines. hang around apartment buildings until someone leaves/comes and gain access to the complex. drain machines for quarters.
go to busy grocery store at night, observe until you spot an elderly woman leaving, wait for her to back out and dart out hitting her car so as to place the blame on her not paying attention. demand monetary compensation in lieu of suing her and getting police/lawyers involved.
go to churches during the day. many times they are left open with just a few people and you can go into the sanctuary as if you're there for religious purposes, then go look around for expensive musical equipment and other miscellaneous things of value
