I am genuinely worried

I called sploo a faggot and told him he needs to "man up" which was a "tough love" approach I believe can be beneficial. I hope I didn't hurt his feelers. I almost feel guilty. I did deadlifts for the first time in my lyfe last week because this insane russian ex con kickboxer told me they'd be good for me and get rid of guilt, which I don't think is actually true, I think he just picked up on my "vibe" having a bit of guilt attached to it.
