Most a cigarette. Least a cigarette. The upshot of not smoking is not having bums asking for cigs. I'd buy someone a sandwich or someshit in a heartbeat , except there is no reason to starve in america or really any first world country. If you starve it is either by choice or by mental deficiency. What really pisses me off is the niggers who beg at intersections who aren't actually homeless or panhandlers but are trying to get money for some shit organization. These people are apparently allowed to do what they do, and are very aggressive, meanwhile the regular panhandlers who aren't aggressive get chased out.
