New forum idea: The Hug Box

There's plenty of negativity in just about every forum here.  A forum for only niceness and cats seems like it could be a good counterbalance.  "What's Good" on Zoklet was initially supposed to be like this, I think.  At least the rules said that Negative Nancies wouldn't be allowed.

Forum would need to be heavily modded, with repeat violators being banned from the forum altogether.  What do you guys think?
