Like I just posted that "CP on my friends phone" thread and got to the home page and saw that title was the last posted in and was like "wowah, yeah, that's what that thread I just posted in was about". I remember on zoklet if you went into certain forums and made any comment that wasn't like super mega on topic the mod/mods would get mad. A common one was that calling someone out on saying one thing in one thread and the opposite in another and some mods would be all like "what happened in other threads is off topic here".

So yeah, I think we all have our gripes but at least this is one thing that everyone has been pretty chill about and I approve

I have posted alot of off topic shit that I fully planned to be infracted for.  Still have yet to have a single infraction (other than the one that was taken back).

Seems like the threshold to be banned for spam is pretty high.  You don't get in trouble unless you're doing the same shit over multiple threads for hours.
