If I have a lot of hacked PayPal accounts that have at least $300 plus each account. It would be foolish of me to withdraw it because it would lead back to me right? So should I create at least 2 stealth PayPal account so I can move the money around until it lands into my stealth account where I can finally withdraw? I heard that's the best way to go.

If you want to cash out just move a couple of times, they will limit the accounts tho.

If not spend before the chargebacks come in

That's the tough part, turning them into paper money.  I've been looking into it as well.  Try going to Talk Gold forums, there are people there that will ship you an anonymous, reloadable, physical credit card.  Add that to the account, transfer it to the card you bought, and cash out at an ATM.  I've never tried this yet though, so not sure if it'll work 100%.  Or you can just buy something online, and have it shipped to a drop house.  Let me know if you come across something better.
